Order Processing & Shipping Policy
At Tovbaby, we are committed to ensuring that your order is handled efficiently and delivered promptly. Please review the following details about our order processing, shipping, and tax policies.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
- Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped the day after processing.
- Please allow for longer processing times during peak seasons, such as holidays or major sales.
Delivery Time (U.S. Only)
- After processing (1–3 business days), delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
- Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or weather events.
Shipping Details
- Shipping is valid to addresses within the continental United States.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO, or P.O. Boxes.
- Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Pioneer, depending on size and location.
- Items under 150 lbs are delivered by standard ground services.
- Items over 150 lbs are shipped via freight carrier and may require scheduled delivery.
Sales Tax
- Sales tax is applied where required by law, based on your shipping destination.
- Even if your billing address is in a tax-free state, tax may apply if shipped to a taxable location.
- Tax rates may change between the time of order and final billing; your invoice will reflect the most accurate tax calculation, including state and local rates.
Tax Exemption
- Tax-exempt organizations or resellers may apply for tax-exempt purchases.
- Please submit your completed exemption form to Info@tovbaby.com for review and approval.
Force Majeure
Unforeseen events (such as natural disasters, weather disruptions, or carrier strikes) may cause shipping delays. We will notify you promptly and continue to process your order as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Report it to us within 3 business days of delivery
- Include photos and a description of the damage
- Email Help@tovbaby.com to request a refund, exchange, or replacement
Order Tracking
- You will receive an Order Acknowledgment Email and a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking information.
- You can also track your shipment on the carrier’s website or by logging into your account on tovbaby.com.
Important Notes
- Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses.
- Return shipping costs are not covered for issues such as customer error, dissatisfaction, or incorrect orders.
