MANUFACTURER WARRANTY CLAIM POLICY – TOV BABY
Tov Baby specializes in high-quality baby and children’s products, including furniture, accessories, and essentials. We are committed to assisting our customers with any manufacturer warranty claims in a professional and timely manner.
HOW WE PROCESS WARRANTY CLAIMS
If you believe your item is experiencing an issue that may be covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty, we will begin processing your claim as soon as all required information is received.
STEP-BY-STEP CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Complete the Warranty Claim Form included in the Warranty Ticket Email.
- Attach the completed form to a reply email to: support@tovbaby.com
- Include photos of the product label that clearly show the serial number.
- Provide detailed photos of the issue, including:

- Close-up images (to show the defect clearly)
- Full product shots (to provide context)
Once we have received all required documents and images, we will forward the information to the manufacturer for review.
IF THE MANUFACTURER CONFIRMS A DEFECT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
Depending on the manufacturer’s decision, the following outcomes may apply:
1. REPLACEMENT PARTS
If replacement parts are available and approved:
- We will notify you and ship the parts to your address.
- Standard delivery times will apply.
2. REPAIR REIMBURSEMENT
If repair is the recommended solution:
- You must receive written pre-approval from support@tovbaby.com for any repair-related expenses.
- Once the repair is complete, send a receipt from a licensed and professional repair service.
- We will reimburse the approved amount upon verification.
- Please note: Any expenses that were not approved in writing prior to the repair will not be reimbursed, regardless of the outcome or severity of the issue.
3. FULL ITEM REPLACEMENT
If the manufacturer approves a full replacement:
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees related to the replacement.
- Replacement orders will only be processed after shipping costs are paid in full.
- Delivery timelines depend on product availability and shipping provider schedules.
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Warranty claims must be submitted within the period specified by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Manufacturer warranties do not cover damages caused by:
- Misuse or abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents or unauthorized modifications
- Improper installation or assembly
- Tov Baby facilitates the warranty process but does not make the final decision on warranty coverage. All final determinations are made by the manufacturer.
