Return and Exchange Policy

At Tovbaby, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process to ensure a smooth experience.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Timeframe

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
After 30 days, returns may not be accepted unless the item has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

Return Process

  1. Go to My Orders under your My Account section.
  2. Contact our customer support at Help@tovbaby.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  4. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, or documentation.
  5. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method.
    • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item was defective or we made an error.
  1. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your returned item(s).

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product?

  • Follow the same return steps listed above.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process the exchange and ship your replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at Help@tovbaby.com
  • Include photos of the damaged or defective product to help us assess the issue
  • We will promptly arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable, unless defective upon arrival:

  • Mattresses
  • Bedding
  • Other sealed or personal-use items

Tovbaby reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
All updates become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
