Eligibility & Timeframe
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- After 30 days, returns may not be accepted unless the item has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.
- To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
The Return Process
- Go to My Orders under your My Account section, or contact our customer support at Help@tovbaby.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Repack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, or documentation.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return using a trackable shipping method. (Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item was defective or we made an error).
- Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your returned item(s).
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or product?
- Follow the same return steps listed above.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process the exchange and ship your replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at Help@tovbaby.com.
- Include photos of the damaged or defective product to help us assess the issue.
- We will promptly arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable, unless defective upon arrival:
- Mattresses
- Bedding
- Other sealed or personal-use items

- Tovbaby reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
- All updates become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
