Shipping is 100% free anywhere in the continental United States. No hidden fees or extra charges.

Currently, we only offer shipping within the U.S. Free shipping is to the continental U.S., but additional charges apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. International customers may arrange for a U.S.-based freight forwarder, and we’ll ship to them at no cost.

Most items ship within 1–4 business days. Delivery time is typically 1–4 weeks, depending on your location and the item’s availability. We will provide you with a shipping estimate and send regular updates via email and phone.

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. For large items shipped via freight, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time.

Missed appointments may result in rescheduling fees. Please notify us in advance if you need to change your delivery window.

We accept returns under the following conditions: Items must be new, unused, and unassembled in the original packaging. Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee and round-trip shipping charges apply. Items that cannot be returned include assembled furniture, custom fabric selections, mattresses, and bedding. Please contact us first for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any item.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement with no fees. If the order has already shipped or is in transit, the cancellation will be treated as a return, subject to a 15% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs. Cancellation requests must be sent by email with the subject line "Cancellation" and confirmed by Tovbaby to be valid.

If an item is damaged, please inspect all items upon delivery, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and save the original packaging. Contact us within 24 hours at Info@tovbaby.com. We'll arrange a free replacement, part repair, or professional service. If damage is not reported within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee resolution.

Refusing a shipment will be treated as a return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. If you wish to cancel or return your item, please contact us first for proper instructions.

Yes! Most of our furniture comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. If there is a defect, we’ll assist with the warranty process or offer a replacement/repair depending on the issue.
